A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. The You Deserve This Retreat in Costa Rica is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself—through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be.

5 nights accommodation at the stunning AmaTierra Retreat & Wellness Centre, Costa Rica
Transfers available two times a day for arrival and departure to and from airport
All taxes and fees 10% gratuity is included but additional staff tips are still customary
All meals and non-alcoholic drinks while on the resort (vegetarian food plus hormone-free chicken, fresh farm eggs from AmaTierra’s own chickens, and fresh fish. Can accommodate vegan, gluten, Celiac, or dairy-free)
Full day excursion: Carara Rainforest guided hike, lunch in local beach town (lunch not included in price), afternoon at the beach
Trip to a local waterfall and swimming hole
A night of salsa dancing
Use of pool and grounds
